DO NOT Roll your windows down for 3-4 Days! Avoid ANY ammonia based cleaners on the interior of the windows as long as the tint remains on the vehicle (NO WINDEX, NO 409) (this will turn the tint purple and eat away at the glue).
Be Patient and allow the TINT to Fully Dry. This curing/healing process my take up to 3 WEEKS.
This process also depends on the time of year (hot/cold) and the weather outside. The best place for your vehicle to be during this time is OUTSIDE in the SUN as much as possible, this actually speeds up the curing/healing time. During cooler weather the tint tends to dry slower. You MAY notice some hazing, rippling, and water pockets in your tint that can last as long as 3 Weeks. THIS IS NORMAL. If ANY of these issues are still apparent in your film AFTER you have waited your 3 weeks of healing/curing time, please call one of our 2 locations to schedule an appointment for follow up.
You DO have A LIFETIME WARRANTY that covers any bubbling, peeling or fading. Please contact us AFTER 3 weeks from your original service date to schedule any warranty appointments and not before. You Must Call to Schedule a Warranty we do not accept any Walk-In appointments.

We recommend a soft cloth and alcohol based cleaner (SPRAYWAY or INVISIBLE GLASS) or just plain water. Black Dotted Edges: AKA dot matrix. Most Vehicles have a black ceramic "frit" edge on the rear window, front windshield, and sometimes on quarter windows that aids in window strength. Sometimes this ceramic edge is straight and flat and sometimes it will have a dotted edge. These black ceramic dots are quite thick on most cars and sometimes prevent the window film from sticking to the area between the dots. This results in a whitish looking strip trimming the glass. Typically this isn't very noticeable; however some cars have a wide band of dots trimming the top of the rear window. This area is so wide that the whitish looking area created is more pronounced. Unfortunately, the effect is unavoidable.
Caution should be used when releasing seat belts. Small chips can be made in the window film due to the seat belt hitting the glass as it is released, THIS IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
Though we strive for perfection in our installations, due to the nature of the product, some degree of dust contamination and or minor imperfections are present in every window film application, also pre-existing flaws or scratches and metal deposits on the glass are often much more noticeable after the windows are tinted. Small silvery looking spots or 'metal rubs' on some windows are usually found in station wagons or other utility vehicles, and are caused by a metallic object (such as a baby stroller handle) rubbing against the inner surface of the glass during travel. This rubbing deposits metal onto the glass creating a silver or grey stain. Usually these metal rubs aren't very noticeable and often aren't noticed until the windows become tinted.
At Night you may notice that the light from head lights will reflect off the defogger lines. This is caused by the film having to bend slightly around the raised defogger line, it varies from car to car, and there is nothingthat can be done about it.
